Work as a Brush Cutter Operator – Outdoor job with good pay and freedom!

We are now looking for dedicated employees for an exciting outdoor job. The position offers a good salary, freedom under responsibility, and the opportunity to work in a team in beautiful nature.

Working Hours & Setup

• Full-time
• Working hours: 07:00–16:00 (flexible)
• Period: Start in June to end of October

Job Description

You will work in a team of 4 people (8 people needed in total). We provide all necessary equipment, including pickup trucks, brush cutters, and fuel.

• The brush cutter weighs 9.6 kg and is worn in a harness.
• It is important to keep the saw blade as sharp as possible. You do this by filing the blade as needed, several times a day.
• You download an app where you can see which area needs to be cleared and how to get there – good sense of direction is an advantage.
• Standard area: 100x100 meters = 1 hectare.

Equipment & Clothing

You receive a complete package of work clothes, including:

• Boots
• Jacket
• Trousers
• Gloves
• Helmet + visor
• Rain gear

Accommodation

We offer accommodation in a cottage or apartment suitable for 4 people.

• Own room for each person.
• Cost: 10,000 – 15,000 SEK/month for 4 people (shared).
• Washing machine is available (you wash your own clothes).

Other Requirements & Conditions

• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Travel home is covered by the employee themselves.
• Supervisors are on-site and come from Poland and Bulgaria.
• Language: Swedish personnel is preferred, but EU citizens who can communicate in English are also welcome.
• Training: A one-day brush cutter training course is available online and is completed before the start. This is included in the introductory training.
